Linear Mixed Model was utilized to determine the impact of treatment on time spent with the novel object. There is an overall group interaction (F(3,16)=12.18, p=.0002). (A) NOR assessments at day 28 demonstrated HI+BDNF animals explored the novel object more than the familiar object when compared to HI+Saline animals (p=.0006). (B) At PND 42, NOR results demonstrated that HI+BDNF still interacted longer with the novel object compared to HI+Saline animals (p=.0426).
