Fig. 4. In the right cerebellum, two lacunar infarcts (cystic spaces) by liquefactive tissue loss due to ischemic tissue necrosis were observed (indicated by arrows). However, the rest of the cerebellum and the brainstem appeared unremarkable, with the exception of mild atrophy.
